Free Standard Shipping in the United States
Urban Trape currently offers free standard shipping on orders delivered within the United States. Shipping costs are included in the pricing of our products, so no additional standard shipping fee will be charged at checkout.
International Shipping
Urban Trape also accepts orders from selected international destinations. Shipping availability, delivery times and available shipping options may vary depending on the product, supplier and destination. Any applicable shipping options or charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier and destination. When available, estimated delivery information is provided on the individual product page. When tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
Urban Trape accepts eligible returns according to the return policy applicable to the product and its supplier. Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, eligible items should be returned within 14 days of delivery and must be unused, unworn, undamaged and in their original condition, with applicable tags and packaging intact.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return and the applicable supplier policy. For returns unrelated to a product defect or fulfillment error, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Urban Trape before returning the item so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please include clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from Urban Trape.

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
